Looking to get active postpartum? Then this is the class for you! This new 45-minute-long class is designed to give moms a chance to bond with their little one, socialize with other moms and get in shape all at the same time! Stretch and warm up all together, get a full body workout followed by some baby yoga and circle time for the baby when you get to connect with other new moms! This class is designed for babies 6 weeks to 11 months old, parent participation is required.
